Last Picture Show

Filming location for AC/DC's debut single "Can I sit next to you girl?" video. As reported by original singer Dave Evans, it was filmed in May 1974 to be released on Australian TV. At the time the band was wearing costumes to catch more attention of music industry and fans. The song was voted as best Australian single of 1974. Founded as "Cronulla Theatre" in 1928, in 1974 became a rock music venue under the name "Last Picture Show", than again a cinema until his closure in 2020.
